We have just started our 14th cohort of Fun With Science Family Learning with 7 adults and 9 children from the Gateshead area. The programme will run on Monday evenings for 6 weeks and sessions will include making and racing balloon-powered cars, forensic science, making and launching pop bottle rockets and more.

"Last Friday (10/05/2013) TDR attended a careers day at Darlington School of Mathematics and Science. The full-day event was held to showcase a range of careers and progression routes for students and inform them of the options available to them when they reach the end of year 11.

All students from year groups 7, 8, 9 and 10 attended the event and TDR's stand, offering information about routes into careers in science and engineering, was a very popular destination throughout the day."
