About the Role

As the Engineering Training Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and Developing the Workshop Team: Oversee and develop the workshop staff, providing mentorship and support to enhance professional standards.
  • Ensuring High-Quality Training: Manage accredited and commercial training programs, fostering a top-tier learning environment.
  • Managing Health and Safety: Coordinate safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe learning and working environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and plan the academic year to include growth activities, enhancing the training offerings.
  • Teaching and Mentoring: Provide support and deliver training to learners and staff, as needed, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
