This policy meets the requirements of the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) ‘Apprenticeship funding rules for main providers August 2023 to July 2024’ that relate to the subcontracting of apprenticeship programmes or delivery element provisions.

Whistleblowing is a term which is used when an employee (or ex-employee) publicly discloses perceived wrongdoing within an organisation.
