Turning – Alfie Robinson (Michell Bearings)
Alfie has shown remarkable progress in the turning section, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. He completes tasks efficiently within deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality. Alfie is also an excellent team player, always willing to assist fellow learners. His assessments and UPKs have been completed to an outstanding level, showcasing his dedication to excellence.
Milling – Callum Hanlon (Elite precision)
Callum has approached his milling rotation with confidence and consistency. He has demonstrated the ability to work independently while also actively contributing in group discussions. His strong attitude and determination mark a great start to his professional journey.
Fitting – Harry Lockyer (Avery Dennison)

Welding – Joe Hutchinson (JDR)
Joe has proven to be an outstanding apprentice in the welding section. His ability to produce high-quality welds consistently, along with his drive for self-improvement, has been impressive. With impeccable timekeeping and attendance, Joe’s commitment to his craft is evident. His high standards serve as a great example for his peers, making him well-deserving of this recognition. Fitting – Alex Marshall (British Engines BEL)
Alex has shown great dedication throughout his fitting rotation, continuously improving his skills and demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond. He even took the initiative to participate in an interview for the company, highlighting his enthusiasm and engagement. Alex completes tasks to a high standard and consistently delivers quality work.
Electrical – Evan Smith (British Engines BEL)
Evan has excelled in his electrical rotation, completing the Wiring course in record time while producing exceptional UPKs and practical assessments. His commitment to learning extends beyond the standard curriculum, as he has also taken on additional extension tasks and is currently working on developing an isolation project.
