The programme aims to support 17,560 employed participants by September 2023. The North East Workforce Skills Programme is being delivered by a consortium of Further and Higher Education training providers in the North East.
Employers can utilise the ESF funding to address CPD & upskilling requirements within their business up to a maximum of €200,000 over a three-year period if the private sector, and with no limit if public sector. Levy paying employers have already provided the Match Funding to support the ESF contract, this ensures that the programme can be accessed by all employers fully funded.
In order to be eligible, you must be an employed Northumberland or Tyne & Wear employee/employer and be a permanent UK resident.
