Business Administration Apprentice (P2000)


General Description

You will undertake a variety of business support admin-based tasks in a varied role in which you will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and knowledge while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

Main Duties

This role will provide administrative support for our Finance and Sales teams, whilst gaining valuable experience in a busy office environment. Tasks will include:

  • Administrative duties within the Finance and Sales departments
  • Assist with maintenance of various systems
  • Assist with manning the reception
  • Raising purchase orders and booking in jobs when complete
  • Taking minutes of meetings and distributing these to the relevant contacts
  • Supporting all admin tasks within the business
  • Report downloads
  • Formatting documentation
  • Keeping all data inputting up to date and monitoring this daily
  • Working on various projects including improvements

We are a precision engineering company, providing machining services including C.N.C. (and conventional) 5th Axis milling, turning & 5th Axis wire and spark erosion. Working predominately in oil, gas, subsea, offshore & ROV markets, we manufacture components, sub-assemblies & assemblies from a wide range of materials, including oil field grade stainless & carbon steels, and exotics, including duplex, super duplex & inconel.
