Main Duties

Job Description:

The Process Building Engineer Apprentice will work alongside experienced engineers to create instruction for the manufacturing processes in our battery assembly facility. The apprentice will learn and apply principles in process design, project management, and quality assurance. The goal of this apprenticeship is to provide hands-on experience for the apprentice to eventually become a full-time Process Design Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply principles in process design, project management, and manufacture.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Assist in developing and executing project plans.
  • Participate in safety and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality control measures.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation for all processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency.
